Atos Named Leader in Customer Satisfaction for Unify product portfolio by Eastern Management Group

Strong channel partners and in-house services expertise enables Atos to deliver superior customer support

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, was ranked at the top for customers satisfaction of its Unify portfolio in a recent survey by Eastern Management Group.

The survey of more than 2,850 VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) customers ranked 17 vendors on ten customer satisfaction measurements, including: technology and product, purchase experience, reliability, installation, support, management tools, contact center experience, value, overall satisfaction, and likelihood to recommend to a friend.

The Unify product portfolio was rated highest in nine out of 10 measurements, with particular strength in delivering a superior product and technology, reliability, managements tools and overall customer support.

Through the Unify portfolio, Atos leverages global channel partners to sell and support its unified communication and collaboration solutions to the SMB space, in combination with its own industry-leading services organization to provide support to its global large enterprise customers, including Siemens, which has deployed Circuit by Unify to its 350,000 employees worldwide.
